Whoo Hooooooo!!!

I lost a total of 5 lbs. well more like 4.7 lbs. since a little before I started SparkPeople. My pants aren't as tight and my muffins aren't nearly as big. My lower back has been bothering me for a little over a week so no exercise or I think I would have done better. I have portion control to thank for losing some poundage. I need to add my exercise and drink a little more water. I really want to focus on my abs and rear end. I have a feeling that if I strengthen my ab muscles my back will be in better shape. Well, how is everyone else doing?? Are you all still using SparkPeople?

WTG..........can you imagine what will happen once you add in the exercise??

Thats my downfall right now,i'm doing pretty good with the eating part but exercise has always been the hardest part to start and stick to. I am determined this time around so i need to get to it!

Wow, congratulations! I am on a diet myself right now, because it's gotten a bit tight in my comfy jeans... But so far (1 week - I know, not too long yet), I've only lost about 2 pounds. My next weighing is on Tue, I only weigh once a week. We'll see how that goes.
I am also too lazy for exercise, but I need to get back on track. That beer&lemonade on my blog? I didn't drink a sip!

Hey that is GREAT! It wont be long before you are BIKINI ready!I have found that small goals and aiming to reward myself has helped me out.Not to mention giving up my soda addiction.Getting outdoors really helped me.I luv the weather lately and Gilliana luvs going out in the morning as does Red for out jogs.Keep up the good work! Hope your back gets better soon.

I am aiming for a new purse! Wish me luck!
